Kathryn C. Nelson, Principal Attorney
A proud native of Northern California, Kathryn has lived and worked in the Sacramento community for the last decade. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Political Science at California State University, Chico, with an emphasis in Legal Studies. Kathryn went on to attend the highly respected McGeorge School of Law, where she was granted a Certificate in Taxation along with her Juris Doctorate degree.
Her passion and path in life is to be of service to others; this is the road that led her directly to estate planning and trust administration. She takes a highly personalized and compassionate approach to all aspects of her practice, one that aims to meet and transcend her clients’ needs and expectations.
Beyond her law practice, Kathryn is a dedicated yoga student and teacher in the Sacramento area. She strives to bring the same ethos of balance, service, and consciousness to all of her endeavors, both on and off the mat.

Tatiana Creech, Paralegal
Tatiana is a Paralegal with 10 years of experience and a strong background in family law. Tatiana received her paralegal certificate from the UC Berkeley and her Diploma of Specialist,
Bachelor of Science Degree from the Ural State Technical University (where she graduated magna cum laude).
Prior to working in the legal field, Tatiana focused on Customer Service and Quality Management. This experience sparked a passion for advocating on behalf of vulnerable individuals.
Working in Estate Law was a perfect continuation of her knowledge and experience in personal injury and family law.
Transitioning from Family Law to Estate Law was a perfect extension of her existing experience in client management,
contentious negotiations, and familiarity with family dynamics.
Tatiana is excited to have found a place where she can continue her passion by advocating and supporting families.
When she’s not balancing work projects, she keeps up with three kids and their extracurricular activities. Tatiana is known for her positivity, empathy and reliability.
